You may place your order online, and select the option to phone in your credit card information. Then contact us for our bank wire information. Customs Please check with your customs office for information about customs charges for your order. We ship packages overseas on a daily basis and hope to keep doing so for a long time. Therefore, we appreciate not being asked to misrepresent the value or contents of your package. We adhere strictly to this policy and will not make any exceptions. Shipping For the countries listed above, we ship by Express mail international only. The US Postal service provides tracking information for this type of shipment. NOTE: We have no control over the delivery of your package once it leaves our store. The US Postal System has no influence outside of the US beyond the delivery of the package to your country. Therefore, if your package gets held in your country's customs office and is not released automatically, then it is YOUR responsibility for contacting your customs office or local post office to arrange for delivery or pickup. Since we do not have any access or control over the postal delivery services of your country, our responsibility and obligation to the delivery of your package ends if documentation exists that shows the package arrived in your country successfully. We cannot be held liable for the misdirection of your package from that point on - again, that is something you must take up with your local postal / shipping agency. Also note: The US post office will not allow us to insure packages going to the countries listed here. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will provide you with the tracking number and, in the event that the package is lost or damaged, we will provide you with a photocopy of the shipping documentation to prove that we sent the package. After that, it is your responsibility to deal with your customs office and post office to try to find the package. In other words, we will supply proof that we mailed the package, but we will not issue refunds for lost or damaged packages, so you are ordering at your own risk. There will be a $10 shipping surcharge for shipping to these countries, as, in order to get proof that we mailed the package, we have to send someone to the post office to stand in line to send your package. NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances. |
